Abstract

Nowadays, when work simply does not go to sleep, are we able to effectively manage our work-life boundaries as we would wish?
Is it possible to achieve the work-life balance we personally want?
New research indicates that in order to achieve work-life balance workers may need to go offline on a regular basis, and employers should respect the right of employees to switch off.
