Abstract
Assesses the provisions of the Trustee Act 2000, including: (1) the general duty of care applicable to trustees; (2) trustees' power of investment and to purchase land; (3) the power of delegation and liability for the acts of agents; and (4) trustees' remuneration and the construction of professional charging clauses.
