In this article, a comprehensive path model was developed to ensure sustainable organizational performance. The article explores the impact of GHRM and big data on the green innovation which, in turn, leads to sustainable performance. A sample of 373 participants from the service sector of Oman was selected for the article through judgmental sampling. According to the results, GHRM and big data have positive and significant impact on green innovation. Moreover, green innovation affects sustainable performance. It is noteworthy that this article has its novelty as it is among the pioneer studies conceptualizing this path model and using multidimensional constructs of GHRM and big data. The article also discussed theoretical contributions, direction for future research, and implications.
