    Abstract

An original adaptation of the Reynard the Fox cycle tales from Medieval European Fables. Directed, and co-written/co-Devised by Glenn Noble.

Developed as an outdoor theatre performance for family audiences using The Fabularium’s performance aesthetic of visual and physical performance skills. Presented on a traditional wooden cart stage. It features portmanteau storytelling, puppetry, original live music and songs, and bespoke animal headpieces created in 2011 for the earlier 'The Tale of Reynard Theatre Fox' also directed and written by G. Noble.

Created at Coventry University and Birmingham Hippodrome’s Patrick Centre. With Funding from Arts Council of England.
