Funding
In an attempt to explore the impact of Research Governance on Health, Social Care and Higher Education Institutions we have a small project funded by the University of Salford which is currently underway. This project aims to illuminate challenges associated with Research Governance, share identified approaches to good practice and in doing so, assist the successful implementation of Research Governance. We welcome ideas and the experiences of colleagues in UK Higher Education so that we can contextualise our work. Even more, it seems to us that ‘right and wrong’ in research ought to have solutions which have universal appeal and we look to international colleagues for advice in achieving maximum research capability with minimum risk to users of health services.
