Abstract
Based on their metaanalysis of published studies of the diagnostic accuracy of noninvasive fetal Rh genotyping, Geifman-Holtzman et al1 concluded that “fetal RhD genotype can be determined with a high level of accuracy by analysis of fetal DNA circulating in maternal plasma and serum in the first trimester.”
