    Abstract

We propose an appraisal and evaluation framework for urban smart mobility projects under the concept of “sustainability”. We identify a number of criteria and indicators under the three pillars of sustainability: economy, environment, and society. Our proposed framework is a simpler, albeit more incomplete, methodology, which requires less information than standard SCBA used by most governments. It also takes into account stakeholders’ opinions/weights and makes the aim of sustainability explicit.
