    Abstract

    The invention discloses a kind of effusion meter (200).Effusion meter (200) include can vibrating flow tube (215) and be connected to the activator (210) of flow tube (215), the latter is used for exciting the motion in flow tube (215).Sensor (205) is connected to flow tube (215) and is used for sensing the motion of flow tube (215) and generates sensor signal.Controller (104) is through connecting to receive sensor signal.Controller (104) is for determining the first flow rate of the first phase in the two-phase flow of flow tube and determining the second flow rate of the second phase in two-phase flow.
