    Abstract

    The paper outlines the research performed to address the challenges faced by decision makers in the context of media production. The aim is to point out the issues encountered by decision makers in the content production industry, how they are changing and their impact also on grass-root content making. The work reported has focused on the modelling of the process implied knowledge for facilitating the monitoring and management of the processes. The overall objective is to ensure quality result in line with ISO9000 prescriptions in a creative context with huge external constraints.
