Abstract

This monograph arises from the ESRC funded Life on the Breadline project [2018-2021] that was the first fieldwork led analysis by academic theologians of Christian responses to poverty in the UK since thew 2008 global financial crash. This book draws on original qualitative date to develop an interdiscplinary, fieldwork led austerity age theology of liberation.
