Le Misure di Prevenzione del Terrorismo e dei Traffici Criminosi Internazionali

Lorenzo Pasculli

Research output: Book/ReportBookpeer-review

Abstract

Restrictive measures to prevent transnational crime, also inconsistent with human rights safeguards, are emerging across national, supranational and international legal systems. The book attempts to offer a critical and systematic analysis aimed at building a general theory of the various models of prevention, in the effort of detecting globally shared principles to protect a minimum, non-derogable set of fundamental rights.
