Abstract
The tenth anniversary of the death of Diana, Princess of Wales has largely been seen as a moment to measure her impact on the British monarchy. But Diana had a huge effect on another more significant international development which followed her passing: agreement on a land mine ban. That anniversary this month offers the opportunity to create another lasting legacy to Diana by banning cluster bombs.
