    Abstract

    This is the eighth BAM HRM special interest group conference and is being hosted by the School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London, following previous very successful events at the LSE, Cardiff Business School, Kingston University, King's College London, Nottingham and Bath. We should like to invite you to attend the conference and to submit your paper for consideration. We welcome theoretical and research based papers.
