Abstract
Social value is becoming the currency of social impact. It’s becoming accepted as a holistic measure of social impact accounting for an organisation’s whole social footprint including its positive and negative social impacts. In fact social value is experiencing a zeitgeist moment of driving, shaping and accounting for social impact. This includes its emerging importance in the fields of arts, culture, place and urban change as well as social investment.
