Abstract
This is the protocol for a review and there is no abstract. The objectives are as follows:
The aim of this review is to compare the effects of Health, not weight loss, focussed (HNWL) programmes with those of conventional weight loss (CWL) programmes on cardiovascular risk factors in adults with a BMI greater than 25 kg/m2.
