Abstract

The purpose of this paper was to coin and advocate ‘flipping the jigsaw’ pedagogy.  The author fused two pedagogies ‘flipped classroom with jigsaw strategy’ for the purposes of teaching theory-based module in Entrepreneurship. The philosophy behind the technique was to maximise on time, space, content, and stimulate student engagement. The study was practiced-based with a combination of action research.  The study yielded some interesting outcomes on gaining, retaining, and harvesting knowledge in the context of theory-based learning.
