Eǧitim örgütlerinde entelektüel sermayenin yönetimi

The concepts of knowledge management and management of intangible assets are getting more importance in current organizations where the speed of production and spread of knowledge has increased and knowledge and knowledgeable people have become the most important source of value. Intellectual capital can be defined as; an organization's intangible assets that have potential of generating value. Intellectual capital is taken up in this article in three dimensions such as: human capital, structural capital and relational capital. It is discussed how these assets are to be developed and managed in educational settings.
