Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital mass flowmeter capable of applying correct and sophisticated control algorithms which has larger reactivity, higher precision, and larger adaptability than conventional analog fashions. ;SOLUTION: The digital flowmeter 100 includes a vibro-conduit, a driving circuit 115 connected to the conduit to have an operationality forcing motion to the conduit, and a sensor 110 connected to the conduit to have operationality detecting motion of the conduit. A digital controller 105 is connected between the driving circuit and the sensor. The digital controller 105 includes a circuit, which receives sensor signals from the sensor to produce a driving signal from the sensor signal using a digital signal processing and outputs a driving signal to the driving circuit to produce a measured value of the property of a material flowing through the conduit from a signal of the sensor. ;COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
