Abstract

Using robust JBI methodology, produce and publish a scoping review which explores the evidence underpinning national and international CLD policies, guidelines and Toolkits, and evaluate to what extent behaviour change is a consideration during implementation.
Conduct multi-method behaviour evaluations/assessments across organisations and professionals to obtain a consistent picture of behaviours and influencing factors.
Use this information inform policy directives and implementation guidance used by healthcare leaders, managers and clinicians to improve the engagement and utilisation of CLD as a complex intervention to positively influence patient flow.
