Abstract

Initiated by the AVDC (Association Vaudoise de danse contemporaine), this enquiry account was mainly run and written by Claire Vionnet, under the supervision of Dr. P-E Sorignet. Based on thirty interviews with local choreographers and observations, it brings a sociological gaze on the choreographic landscape from the Canton de Vaud (Switzerland). P-E Sorignet added some analytic reflections between chapters.
