Abstract
Aim:
To understand the knowledge and skills needed by staff throughout the CAT group process, when delivered as a programme with integrated coaching (CATerPILLAR).
Key Objectives:
• To establish the baseline knowledge of a typical CAT group membership.
• To deliver a CATerPILLAR intervention.
• To establish the post-intervention knowledge, skills, and adapability of CAT groups.
• To adapt CATerPILLAR to improve sustainability of CATs in practice.
