Abstract

A bunker fuel transfer system comprising a multi-measurement weighing system and a bunkering receiving issue equipment (BRIE). The bunker fuel transfer system is installed on either the bunker barge or a vessel containing bunker fuel. Various implementations can provide quantity assurance of bunker fuel delivery transactions and provide automated bunker fuel transfer reports. Bunker fuel transmission reports may include details and trends of bunker fuel transmissions to allow quantity measurement confirmation. In addition, some embodiments may allow for quality verification by including relevant measures in which the reports may be included.
