Abstract
Existing issues in terms of female equality in AI and robotics are discussed in terms of strategies used in the EU funded Gender Innovation Living Lab (GILL) project to fix the number, the knowledge, institutions, and culture.
These issues were investigated during a staff /student mobility exchange visit between Coventry University (UK) and 5 representative universities in Pakistan in 2023, with results confirming the literature. From this a set of recommendations is proposed to address acknowledged gender issues.
