Layman's description
After hospital discharge, many COVID-19 survivors have ongoing physical and mental health problems even after several months. In a UK randomised controlled trial (n=535), we will test if a single session of one-to-one advice, or an 8-week online exercise and psychological rehabilitation programme, is better for helping adults recover.
