Description
The Evaluation of the Professional Nurse Advocate Programme commenced during May 2022, funded by NHS England. This evaluation will be completed by March 2023.
Layman's description
The PNA programme was established to provide training for nurses delivering clinical supervision for nurses and access to support for nurses receiving restorative supervision in practice. The A-EQUIP model is used for delivery in practice.
