Description
Project assesses changing travel behaviours within the West Midlands as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Utilising insights from West Midlands residents the research established a set of recommendations for policy makers.
Key findings
Key recommendations and findings centred on the need to establish confidence in public transport after a period of low usage, to ensure equality of access, develop multi-modal platforms, reimagine the urban space, and future proof through enhanced planning for crisis events.
