February – April 2012: MBA Management Consultant at English Football League (EFL) Trust Headquarters, Preston, UK (Mixed Methods Research)

Project member of English Football League (EFL) project team. I led an MBA team to produce a business case to quantify and demonstrate the financial impact of the social work performance of the community trusts as a requirement to successfully renew the £million Trust funding for the 2012-2016 horizon by Football League stakeholders. Surveys and interviews were used as the main research instruments. Developed actionable insights, used case studies and frameworks to contextualise research and presented research deliverables that were concise and impactful for senior executive audience.
