The Evaluation aims to assess the effectiveness and impact of the CoC/ACE 'Transforming Leadership' programme. Utilising a Theory of Change it will investigate and assess the development of the cohort of 15 as leaders, as they develop through this co-produced development programme. It also aims to examine the wider impact or ripple effect of the programme and leaders on the cultural ecosystem of the city.
