    Grant Awarded by Spanish Ministry of Science and Technology, part funded by the European Fund for Research and Development -£200K. Lead partner University of Cantabria.

    Layman's description

    This project initiated the first research into pervious pavements and related installations in Spain. Initially the project funded two European PhD students who spent time at Coventry and were visited in Spain by the Coventry participants and by research students working on related projects. The project kick started an enduring collaboration between the two universities which continues to be productive and has been extended, through staff migration, into other Spanish universities.
