PROJECT FUNDING: Prime Minister’s Challenge Fund Wave Two (£4.15million). Evaluation Project £150k.
The aim of the project was to comprehensively evaluate the Coventry GP Alliance: Best Care, Anywhere: Integrating primary care in Coventry programme in order to:
•Measure the impact of establishing the three new primary care schemes
had on hospital activity as well as the wider health system
•Determine patient and staff satisfaction with the three new services
•Determine what effect the enhanced services had on equity of access
•Enable CRCCG to make a decision as to whether to fund the three schemes
past the initial pilot period.
