Project Details
Description
Drawing on our expertise in applied and educational linguistics, we aim to identify the challenges Chinese science lecturers encounter when delivering lectures in English, and devise effective pedagogical strategies to address these challenges. This information will form the basis of our final research report. Our practical output will be an online multimedia resource containing excerpts from authentic Physics and Chemistry lectures recorded in Northeast China, illustrating various lecturing strategies employed in response to identified concerns.
