Description

The aim of the project is to explore how invented languages function in translation, so as to reveal aspects of both language invention and the translation process.

Layman's description

We are looking at how the invented language Nadsat, which features in Anthony Burgess's book 'A Clockwork Orange', brought to the screen by Stanley Kubrick, is translated into other languages.
