    Waseem Toraubally is Assistant Professor in Economics at the School of Economics, Finance and Accounting, and Research Associate at the Centre for Financial and Corporate Integrity (CFCI), at Coventry University. Waseem’s teaching interests lie in all areas of economics, and his current research has strongly gravitated towards Microeconomics and International Trade. He welcomes suitably-trained PhD students in these research areas. He is also Associate Fellow of the Centre for Research in Economic Theory and its Applications at the University of Warwick.

    Before joining Coventry University in 2018, Waseem held positions at Lancaster University, and the University of Manchester, from where he obtained his PhD in 2017. 

    Waseem is currently Module Leader on 323ECN Labour Economics (Economics of HRM), and 5032ECN Mathematical Finance. In the past, he was Module Convenor for 310ECN Advanced Economic Issues (Mathematical Economics).
