Personal profile

Research Interests

My research addresses the organizational  import of cultural practices in reference to the resistance to work and the possibility of political pleasure. My approach is informed by autonomous Marxism, institutional analysis, materialist feminism, and critical organization theory. I hold a BA in Fine Art and Art History (Goldsmiths College); an MA in Visual Cultures (Goldsmiths College) and a PhD in Critical Management Studies (Queen Mary University).

My areas of specialisms include operaist thought and history of Italian autonomia; theories of postwork imaginaries and antiwork politics; materialist feminist epistemology; alternative and radical pedagogical traditions; critical organization theories; the relation between social media, cultural practices and social movements; Guattarian micropolitics and institutional analysis.

Fingerprint Fingerprint is based on mining the text of the person's scientific documents to create an index of weighted terms, which defines the key subjects of each individual researcher.
