Tracey Reeves is an Assistant Professor of Law at Coventry Law School. She previously worked at the University of Central Lancashire. She has also participated in a teaching exchange programme, teaching on a Masters programme in France. Prior to her role as a lecturer, she qualified as a Solicitor for a large local authority, acting in a variety of matters, including litigation, judicial review, contract and employment law.
Tracey has taught at undergraduate and postgraduate level, including PhD supervision and on professional courses. Her teaching has covered a range of subjects, such as contract, tort, business law, legal system, practical legal skills and employment law. She has also been an external examiner for several institutions. Her area of specialism is employment law, on which she has a number of publications.
Tracey has also provided training and CPD courses for a number of organisations, including solicitors, charities, local authorities, small businesses and international companies.
Tracey is a member of the Association of Law Teachers, the Institute of Employment Rights, the Industrial Law Society and the Society of Legal Scholars.
Tracey's current research interests centre on employment law, with a particular focus on equality.
