Seong Ki Yoo received the B.Eng. (Hons.) degree in telecommunication systems from the University of Surrey, Guildford, U.K., in 2010, and the M.Sc. degree in communications and signal processing from Imperial College London, London, U.K., in 2012 and the Ph.D. degree from Queen's University Belfast, Belfast, U.K., in 2017. His Doctoral studies were sponsored by U.K. Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC). He began his research career with a junior researcher with Korea Electrotechnology Research Institute (KERI), Ansan, South Korea (2012-2013). He contributed to the development of signal processing algorithm for (radial) pulse diagnosis system in the project supported by the Ministry of Knowledge Economy, Republic of Korea (Grant No. 10028436). He was then employed a post-doctoral research fellow with Centre for Wireless Innovation (CWI), ECIT Institute, Queen’s University Belfast (2017-2019).  He worked on the project entitled ‘Enabling Cellular Networks to Exploit Millimetre-wave Opportunities (NEMOs)’ which includeed collaboration with Trinity College Dublin and Virginia Tech. He was also  He joined Coventry University in October 2019 and he is currently working as a Lecturer in the School of Computing, Electronics and Mathematics, Coventry University. He is also an Associate Researcher in the Centre for Computational Science and Mathematical Modelling (CSMM)at Coventry University. He has served as the TPC member for the International Conference on Advanced Communication Technologies and Networking (CommNet'19) and European Conference on Antennas and Propagation (EuCAP'20, EuCAP'21). He is currently the Reviewer Editor for Frontiers in Communications and Networks and the Topic Editor for Future Internet.
