I am a Registered Dietitian, currently working as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Intelligent Healthcare and an Assistant Lecturer in Dietetics at Coventry University. I was awarded a First Class BSc (Hons) in Dietetics (2018) from Coventry University, in which I conducted ‘a meta-synthesis exploring caregiver experiences of home enteral tube feeding’ as my undergraduate research project. After qualifying, I worked as a Dietitian in a large teaching hospital where I gained clinical experience, then joined the lecturing team at Coventry University, teaching on the BSc Dietetics course and the MSc Public Health Nutrition course. My research interests have stemmed from these experiences and centre around holistic and person-centred care, from which practical applications can be drawn to improve clinical practice.
