    Biography

I am a Registered Dietitian, currently working as an Assistant Lecturer in Dietetics at Coventry University. I was awarded a First Class BSc (Hons) in Dietetics (2018) from Coventry University, winning the Helen Barker award for highest overall mark. After qualifying, I worked as a Dietitian in a large teaching hospital where I gained clinical experience, then joined the lecturing team at Coventry University, teaching across BSc Dietetics, MSc Dietetics & Leadership, and MSc Public Health Nutrition courses. I have also previously worked as a Research Assistant at the Centre for Intelligent Healthcare during a secondment. My research interests have stemmed from these experiences and centre around holistic and person-centred care, from which practical applications can be drawn to improve clinical practice.
