Research Interests
Experienced HRM Consultant and Academic with 21 years of consulting and Management Education Experience. Plans and implements HRM solutions for customers that meet and exceed expectations. Strengths include Management Consulting and delivering HRM and General Management Training as well as Leadership and Management Education. Responsibilities have included developing HR strategies-Specifically to improve employee engagement and wellbeing, Training Design and Delivery and leading various projects in HRM. The focus of my consulting and training work has been on improving talent planning, employee engagement and well-being of staff. As a Chartered Member of the CIPD (MCIPD) and founding member of the Engage for Success Well-Being TAG, I regularly participate in HR events and present papers in international HRM conferences. Currently pursuing a PhD with the Centre for Business in Society at Coventry University, researching and publishing in the area of Employee Engagement and Well-being.
