    Research Interests

    I am interested in the practise and sense-making of CSR in the context of developing and emerging markets. I am also interested in studying the impact of religion on CSR, leadership and ethical decision-making; as well as the application of Grounded Theory in management and organisational studies. 


    I am an Assistant Professor in International Business at Coventry Business School. Before moving to Coventry, I worked as a Lecturer in Strategy and a Teaching Assistant at University of Bedfordshire. My PhD degree was completed in the same institution where I won a full PhD scholarship. My MSc degree in International Business Management is also from the University of Bedfordshire. I have completed my BSc in International Relations (full scholarship) in Free Unievrsity of Varna, Bulgaria.
