    Biography

    A Lecturer in Engineering Design at Coventry University. Main research activities include providing engineering solutions to human performance and monitoring and training problems. Additionally developing a research interest in sustainable engineering design.
    Currently on ERDF funding to develop advanced fitness/rehabilitation equipment.

    Continued projects with Coventry University managing projects under awarded funding to develop technologies to monitor human performances in real-time and then actively provide unique loading patterns to individuals for enhanced performance and more effective rehabilitation. Other projects have seen the the development of new fitness equipment in partnership with fitness manufacturers.

    Teaching duties require module management and teaching to cohort sizes from 40-300 students. Experience of developing of teaching and assessment resources to support large cohort sizes whilst maintaining teaching excellence and academic rigour.
