Research Interests

Naznin Tabassum is Lecturer in Business Strategy and Associate Course Director for Business Management course in the School of Strategy and Leadership, Coventry University. Previously she was an Associate Lecturer at the Northumbria University and Bradford College. She has also worked as a Special Lecturer at the Teesside University and Guest Lecturer at Leeds Beckett University. Her research mainly focuses on gender stereotyping and its factors that impact on career development of women in organisations. Currently, she is a Doctoral researcher (PhD) with the Department of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Leeds Beckett University. She has completed BA (Hons) in Business Studies and pursued MBA where she has specialised in Business subjects at Leeds Metropolitan University, United Kingdom. 

Naznin Tabassum has published journal articles and conference papers in peer-reviewed journals and internationally reconised conferences. She is an active reviewer of journals and conferences.

My research interest dwells in the existence of Think Manager-Think Male phenomenon. I am interested in the research area of Gender, Work and Employment, Gender Stereotyping, Glass Ceiling, Leadership, Moderate Feminism, Resilience, Power and Class.
