    Research Interests

    Mohsen is an Assistant Lecturer of Strategy at Coventry University and Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Mohsen's research interests are in the fields of organizational change, institutional analysis and institutional entrepreneurship.

    Before joining Coventry, he taught in Birmingham Business School and the School of Government at the University of Birmingham. He received his Ph.D. in International Development (Institutional Change) and MSc in Development Management from the University of Birmingham, and a BSc in Business Administration from Al-Azhar University Gaza. Prior to that, Mohsen had rich experience as a professional working in public, private, and voluntary sectors, and experience of development realities on the ground. His hobbies include hiking and poetry writing.
