Biography

I am a Lecturer in Physiotherapy at Coventry University with interests in Simulation, Inter Professional Education and Practice Based Learning. I am involved in coordinating clinical placement for the Physiotherapy course as well as leading manual handling training.

I am studying a part time distance learning MSc in Health and Social Care Education.

I have wide breadth of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist including working as a senior Physiotherapist in Hyper Acute Stroke, Enhanced Supported Stroke Discharge, Community Neurology, Rapid Response and Admission Avoidance, Musculoskeletal Outpatients and Professional Football in the Aston Villa Academy. 

My research interests include the use of simulation in teaching, pre clinical placement preeration, Inter Professional Education and Neurology.

Master's Project

I am undertaking a MSc in Health and Social Care Education (Distance Learning) at Sheffield Hallam University. Modules include technology in teaching, simulation, learners in difficulty and research methods.
