    Biography

    Mark has spent a number of years teaching the fundamentals of financial and management accounting to a diverse cohort of students. Prior to teaching he had five years working for a ‘Big 4’ professional services firm, principally as a corporate tax advisor for a number of large multinational groups across a range of industries including; oil & gas, automotive and pharmaceutical. During this time he achieved his Chartered Accounting status, and gained experience of audit and expatriate taxation.

    Mark's research interests lie mainly in corporate governance, taxation and financial accounting
