Research Interests
I am currently a postgraduate reseacher at C-DaRE, Centre for Dance Performance and Practice Research at Coventry University. My thesis focuses on performance as a practice in the art gallery and the physical, spiritual and social labour of dancers performing in the context of contemporary visual arts.
My research interests include; labour of performance, socially engaged and performative art works, delegated performance and the role of the activator, relationality and presence, embodiment, performance as practice.
