    Research Interests

My research interests are in chronobiology. I am interested in the circadian regulation of plant immune responses to pathogens, and the effect of clock genotype on human behaviour and health. Understanding that the time of day that things occur affects outcomes has important implications in pest control in agriculture and horticulture, as well as training and performance in athletes, and human health.
