Mission Statement:

Developing large and complex software applications is a non-trivial task. Service-Oriented Architecture provides a new way of developing software or applications that allow services to be discovered, selected and composed dynamically or on the fly. However, the services do not only need to meet functional requirements, but also non-functional specifications for service-level agreement. The variables involved in non-functional specifications can be fuzzy, vague and complex, so the focus of the research is to model and measure them to facilitate service selection.
