    Biography

I recently completed my PhD in marketing from the Centre for Business in Society (CBiS) at Coventry University, where I gained an in-depth understanding of the marketing field and enhanced my quantitative analytical and interpretative skills. My doctoral research focused on ‘The role of preferential treatment to build customer relationships in the UK Banking sector’. I previously completed a MSc. in Strategic Marketing (1st class) and BA Hons. in Business and Marketing (Upper 2nd) from Coventry University, both of which have provided me with a strong foundation in the marketing discipline.  Additionally, I have gained an Associate Fellowship in Higher Education (AFHEA) that strengthened my ability to deliver high-quality teaching and learning to students.
