I am a lecturer in Finance and had previously served as a research and development consultant at industry level. My research interests include finance academia and socio-economic development in Africa. In the former, my interests are: financial contagion, financial market analysis and behavioural finance. In the latter, they include: education, women empowerment and poverty alleviation. Coming from North East Nigeria, I stay in touch with happenings at home. This sahped my research interest on socio-economic developement.
I am also a Trading Floor champion here at Coventry University, assisting in research, delivery of teaching and learning activities on the Bloomberg system.
