    Biography

     Hui Zhou received the B.Eng. and M.A.Sc. degrees from Wuhan University, Wuhan, China, in 2016 and 2019, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree from King’s College London, London, U.K., in 2022. He is currently an Assistant Professor with Coventry University, Coventry, U.K. Before joining Coventry University, he held research positions with King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Thuwal, Saudi Arabia, and Huawei, Shanghai, China. He serves as the editor for IEEE Transactions on Communications from 2026, and was recognized by the IEEE Wireless Communications Letters as an exemplary reviewer in 2025.  His research interests include nonterrestrial networks (NTN), integrated sensing and communication (ISAC), unlicensed spectrum, and semantic communication.
